Cooperation Tahzoo Worldwide and Adnovate Holding


We are very pleased to inform you that Adnovate and Tahzoo Worldwide have announced a far-reaching cooperation in the field of Product Information Management (PIM) and Retail solutions at the start of this new year. The purpose of this cooperation is to ultimately achieve a full merger.

Once this merger is effected, a Digital Customer Experience Agency with an approximate turnover of 50 million as well as offices in Delft, Maarssen, Seattle, San Francisco, Richmond, Washington DC, London, Milton Keynes, and Borlange (SE) will be established. Ever since its inception in 2010, Tahzoo has been improving the manner in which companies deal with customer experiences. Since then, it has seen its growth double every year, which resulted in a listing in the INC. 500 list of America’s Fastest Growing Private Companies.

“Because of the complexity in customer experience, companies have started looking for a different type of consulting partner. A partner that should not only understand the customer’s problem, but also add value by converting the content and context into relevant contextual experiences using the increasingly intelligent marketing technology,” says Brad Heidemann, CEO of Tahzoo.

In recent years we have specialized in Product Information Management and Retail Solutions. In addition, several years we were cited and praised in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant (Marketing Resource Management), until a change in categories in 2014. We approached Tahzoo because we see the need and great opportunities to better serve you as a customer/relation now and in the future-also internationally – with a wider range of services.

Last year, Tahzoo merged with HintTech – another Dutch firm – from entrepreneur Egbert Hendriks. Presently Hendriks fulfills the position of Chief Strategy Officer within the company.

“Now that it turns out that Master Data Management systems (MDM) – in the form offered by ERP suppliers – don’t correspond to Marketing departments’ needs, we see the market for Product Information Management Systems growing rapidly.”

The cooperation fits Tahzoo’s approach to becoming a ‘global’ digital customer experience agency by 2018, and its strategy has resulted in many new and long-standing business relations with partners such as: BCG, Ameritrade, Starbucks, Macy’s, Philips, Kone, AIG, AON, JP Morgan, Kaiser Permanente, Turkish Airlines, Pentair, Merck, Colgate and Bristol-Myers Squibb. Adnovate adds its international clientele – including WE Fashion, AkzoNobel, Volvo Group and AXA Stenman – to these.

We are incredibly pleased with this cooperation. It is offering us access to the US market as well as Tahzoo’s clients with our PIM and Retail solutions. In addition, with this cooperation we accomplish better scalability, global support and increasing technical knowledge and skills.
